Amazing Family Trip to the Dominican Republic! Erin Smith arranged our trip to the DR at an all-inclusive resort that was perfect for us and our 4 adult children and 2 significant others. She worked with a travel partner who specializes in the Caribbean and recommended the resort over another we were looking at. Erin made recommendations for activities while there and while we didn’t reserve through her, we were better informed about the options (our group of 8 had a wide range of interests and it was difficult to decide on activities all could enjoy before we got to the resort). Erin arranged the airport transfers and gave us advice and guidance. We had a hiccup with getting the final documents from the travel partner and Erin jumped in immediately to resolve the issue. She surprised us with champagne and strawberries and a very thoughtful note delivered to our room, and was there in a pinch to contact the travel insurance concierge when my husband lost his driver’s license and credit card. I highly recommend Erin Smith!
