While we’re not opposed to budget travel, we believe that our resources are best used in designing trips for clients who are willing to pay a bit more for comfort and luxury. This doesn’t mean all of our clients stay only at the Four Seasons or the Ritz-Carlton. But if a client is going to stress over a $50 difference in price on a property, it might be best to work with another travel advisor.


CCTP specializes in planning vacations for travelers who don’t mind spending a little more on their vacations to make them remarkable, memorable, and worth the investment.

We always like it when our clients trust us to design itineraries around their unique interests. As professionals, we hope our clients trust us to present the best options to our clients. Although we absolutely don’t exclude clients from sharing their preferences and needs, we prefer to take the reins in the planning process.


We review the vacation plan with the client and allow them to make necessary modifications. But if you like to dictate and be in total control of the vacation from top to finish, then you might be happier just planning your trip yourself!


The Disney Obsessed

Our lead travel advisor, Erin, is skilled in planning a variety of vacation styles, including adventure, river and ocean cruising, and group travel. However, Disney trips, amusement parks, and travel designed around the needs of small children is not a specialty of CCTP. If you’re seeking the magic of a Disney vacation, we can recommend other travel advisors who specialize in this area.


Our Fees

At Cultivating Connections, we charge retainer fees for our planning services to give ourselves the professional time and resources to design the trip of your dreams. If you’re opposed to travel planning fees, then CCTP isn’t your best option.


Some travel planners don’t charge fees but push services and itineraries not in their client’s best interest to make more money on commissions. Our retainer fee lets us focus on designing the best trip possible for you. We don’t worry about competing commission levels. We worry about providing exemplary customer service.
